Suspect in 2009 murder found in Mexico, Garland police say
Garland police say a 40-year-old man, who has been a wanted murder suspect in the city since 2009, was taken into custody Friday in Mexico. Cesar Pascual Orozco’s extradition to the United States is currently being processed, according to a Tuesday news release. It’s not immediately clear if he has an attorney.
