Shortly after midnight on Feb. 26, an Arlington police officer pulled over a vehicle that had an expired registration along North Collins Street, a spokesperson for the department said.
The officer approached the car and smelled marijuana, according to the spokesperson. He then asked BigXthaPlug, whose real name is Xavier Landum, 26, and another male passenger, identified by police as Cleodist Landum, 22, to exit the vehicle.
